Patient Monitors

Infinity® Acute Care System

Transform your clinical workflow with Infinity® Acute Care System. Its multiparameter monitor integrates with its networked medical-grade workstation, giving you real-time vital signs, access to clinical hospital systems and data management applications for a comprehensive range of patient information and powerful analysis tools at the point-of-care.

Continuous surveillance without interruption

Connect the Infinity M540 monitor to the monitoring network through the wired docking station at the patient bedside. Remove it from the docking station to transport, and the M540 transmits data wirelessly to the monitoring network, where it can be accessed with an Infinity CentralStation (optional).

When the monitor is docked in a new location, it retrieves recorded data from the previous Medical Cockpit, including up to 96 hours of continuous trends, and backfills the present cockpit with data collected during transport.

Infinity® M540

Streamline workflows with a monitor that goes from bedside to transport in the push of a button. Leave cables and modules attached to your patient and continue monitoring parameters and alarms in real time, while recording data during travel. Use the Infinity® M540 as a standalone monitor, or integrate it with hospital IT to access clinical information systems and data analysis applications.

Two workflow options

Experience the power and versatility of the Infinity M540, whether you use it as a standalone monitor or as the vital signs engine of the Infinity Acute Care System.

As a standalone monitor, Infinity M540 measures its full range of parameters and supports wired and wireless networking with Infinity CentralStation (optional). Its compact size makes the M540 a great bedside, transport and workstation option.

As the vital signs engine of the Infinity Acute Care System, Infinity M540 sends monitoring data to the system’s Infinity Medical Cockpit as well as the monitoring network. The Medical Cockpit, a powerful workstation, brings hospital information systems, the monitoring network and web-based clinical applications to the point-of-care.

Infinity® CentralStation Wide

Viewing comprehensive real-time and retrospective clinical data supports you in making the most effective care decisions for your patients. Infinity® CentralStation Wide brings hemodynamic vital signs together with values from interfaced patient monitors, ventilators, and anesthesia devices. The Infinity® CentralStation Wide can also be used as a remote alarm annunciator for external devices such as ventilators.

Customizable Main Screen

Infinity CentralStation Wide provides the ability to configure the main screen for as few as one and as many as 16 patients per display when split screen is enabled. It includes the ability to configure up to 25 templates to allow for customized patient parameter orders from the bedside. The patient parameters can also be customized on individual viewports when specialized patient monitoring is required.

All measurements and operations can be done via its 8.4″ touch screen or the hard buttons and rotary knob. It’s light, portable and ready to go with an integrated handle for easy transport.

Surgical and Examination Lights

Advanced surgical light technology for precision and efficiency

Our state-of-the-art operating theatre lights and examination lights offer excellent illumination wherever they are used. Outstanding features of our examination and surgical lights include intuitive handling, individual configuration and a future-proof design. We reduce unnecessary time spent away from patients by offering you a simple control system and an easy-to-use interface. The slim and modern design of the Dräger Polaris family help you deliver exceptional performance and the best possible care.

Control Options for Polaris

There are multiple control options to select from, depending on the type of workflows and processes in
your operating room:
• Control panel on the light head (standard)
• Control display on cardanics
• Control display on wall-mounted panel
• Remote control for the Medview camera
• Central handle on the light head with sterile touch
control (STC) for the surgeon, to position the light, and
to intuitively adjust the light field size or light intensity

Camera quality and video transmission

A 4K camera is integrated seamlessly next to the inner handle. It is
immediately ready for use and provides clear and precise pictures.

There are 2 options available: Medview 4K and Medview 4K advanced.
You can choose between wired or wireless video transmission,
with the wireless option being retrofittable. In that way, video
material can be transmitted to a display for documentation, training
or demonstration purposes. Additionally, all data transmission is
encrypted for security.

Flexibility

We offer you a truly flexible system: configure your OR lights according to your needs, with 3 pre-configured
variants, but many options for individual configuration.
Depending on the demands in your operating room, you can select and order the features which are necessary for your type of surgeries. Some options to choose from are: Medview 4K camera or Medview 4K camera advanced, wired or wireless transmission, anti-reflection
glass, light field diameters, colour temperatures, and
many more.

Outstanding Light Performance

Our Polaris surgical lights offe outstandling light performance to support all types of surgeries and make different tissue structure visible. A new optical system and lens decide an optimal round light field with homogeneous light.

3D Shadow Compensation:

The 3D shadow compensation function detects objects
between the light head and the surgical field and
compensates for shadowing by actively controlling the
LEDs. By providing a constant brightness in the surgical
field, an optimal surgical procedure is facilitated.

Light Guard:

A single light head cannot exceed the threshold for
irradiance. However, if the light fields of two light heads
are directed on the same point, the permissible limit value
can be exceeded4. The Light Guard function comfortably
supports and controls the irradiance on both the skin and
surgical field, by limiting it to a value of 700 W/m².

Design and Materials

Our products are designed with smooth surfaces, resistant
materials and rounded edges, to enable a faster cleaning
process. Even the camera doesn’t disturb since it’s located
directly in the light head under the transparent cover. You just
need one disinfectant for all Dräger devices in your OR
workplace, making the disinfection process less complex for
cleaning personnel.
